I cannot move of the light blue edge lighting on my HP Envy 6000 when starting

Can you help me with setting u[p my printer, I cannot get my printer to move off the blue edge lighting when when i power it on. I am trying to add the printer but it won't add as the computer cant find it as it wont start even though it has power
