Access the Print Queue
- Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog box.
- Type control printers and press Enter.

- This command starts the print spooler service again.
Restart Printer and Computer
- Turn off your HP Photosmart 6510 B211a printer, wait for 30 seconds, and turn it back on.
- Restart your computer to ensure all services are running correctly.
- Update Printer Firmware:
