Steps to Resolve the Issue:
Check Paper Jams
- Turn off the printer.
- Open the paper tray and check for any stuck paper.
- Also, check for paper jams in the rear access area and clear any obstructions.
Check Cartridge
- Open the ink cartridge access door.
- Check if the ink cartridges are properly installed and seated. Sometimes removing and reinstalling the cartridges can resolve the issue.
- Make sure no stickers or tape are left on the ink cartridges.
- Use only HP compatible and genuine ink cartridges.
Restart Your Printer
- Turn off your printer and disconnect the power cord.
- Wait for about a minute, reconnect the cord, and turn the printer back on.
