I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your HP DeskJet 2755e. Let's try a few steps to get it connected wirelessly:

  1. Restart Devices: Turn off your printer, router, and computer. Wait for a minute, then turn them back on.
  2. Check Wi-Fi Connection: Ensure your printer is within range of your Wi-Fi network and that the Wi-Fi is working properly.
  3. Restore Wi-Fi Setup Mode:
    • Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons on the printer for 3 seconds until the Power button starts blinking.
    • This will reset the wireless settings and put the printer in setup mode.
  4. Use HP Smart App:
    • Download and install the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
    • Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to connect your printer to the Wi-Fi network.
  5. Check for Updates: Make sure your printer firmware and HP Smart app are up to date.
