I will be happy to help you.

I wasn't sure if you cleaned the printheads through the software or manually.

I have provided a document for the Printer Does Not Print Black Ink or Color Ink, or Prints Blank Pages to see if we can resolve this issue.

Here is a document to manually clean the cartrige contacts.

'Ink cartridge problem' Message Displays on the Product.

This document has steps for cleaning the printheads.

'Printhead Problem' or 'Printhead Appears to be Missing or Damaged' Message Displays on the Control Panel Display.
