It sounds like your HP7035 printer is having trouble processing print jobs even after clearing the queue.

Restart Devices:

- Wait for 60 seconds, then turn them back on. This can help clear any temporary glitches.
Check Printer Connection:
- Ensure the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.
- Verify the connection by printing a network test report from the printer's control panel.
Update Printer Drivers:
- Visit the HP Support website to download and install the latest drivers for your printer model.
Clear and Reset the Print Spooler:
- On your computer, open Services (search for it in the Start menu).
- Find Print Spooler, right-click, and select Stop.
- Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS and delete all files in the folder.
- Go back to Services, right-click on Print Spooler, and select Start.
