Since you've already:
- Updated firmware
- Restarted
- Restored defaults
- Removed and reseated ink cartridges
Unplug & Hard Reset
- Turn off the printer, unplug it from power.
- Wait 5-10 minutes (this clears residual charge).
- Plug it back in and power it on.
Try Different Power Source
- Plug the printer into a different outlet, bypassing surge protectors.
