Update Firmware
If possible, check for firmware updates on HP Support:
- HP Software & Drivers
Perform a Semi-Full Reset
If none of the above work, try a semi-full reset:
- Press Home on the printer’s touchscreen.
- Tap the Back button four times in a row.
- Select Support Menu> Reset Menu.
- Choose Semi-Full Reset.
- The printer will restart.
