Hi @Grego1313,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The 0x61011 ink system error on your HP Officejet 6600 e-All-in-One Printer usually indicates a problem with the ink system, such as clogged printheads, a paper jam, or an internal hardware issue. Since you've already tried replacing the cartridges and rebooting, try the following additional troubleshooting steps.
Perform a Hard Reset
- Turn the printer ON.
- Disconnect the power without turning it off first.
- Unplug the power from the wall outlet.
- Wait 3-5 minutes.
- Press and hold the Power button for 15 seconds (if available).
- Plug the power back into the wall and then to the printer.
- Turn it back on and check for the error.
Check for Paper Jams
Even a small piece of paper stuck inside can trigger this error:
- Open the printer and check for any paper bits inside.
- Remove the ink cartridges and inspect the cartridge area.
- Manually move the printhead left and right to ensure it's not stuck.
- If there's resistance, gently clean the rollers and carriage.
Reset the Ink System
- Remove all ink cartridges.
- With the printer on, unplug the power cord.
- Wait for 5 minutes.
- Plug it back in and turn the printer on without inserting the cartridges.
- Insert the cartridges one by one when prompted.
Clean the Printhead Manually
- Remove the ink cartridges.
- Locate the printhead and remove it (if your model allows).
- Use a lint-free cloth and distilled water to wipe the printhead contacts.
- Let it dry for a few minutes, then reinstall.
