1. Check and Clean the Output Tray Sensor
- Turn off the printer and unplug it.
- Open the output tray and look for any paper debris or dust around the sensor (usually located near the output tray mechanism).
- Use a soft cloth or compressed air to clean the area.
- Plug the printer back in and test printing again.
2. Disable "Wait for Page Removal" (if available)
Check if this can be disabled:
- On the printer’s control panel, go to Setup > Preferences > Output Settings (or a similar option).
- Look for "Wait for Page Removal" or "Pause Between Prints" and turn it OFF.
3. Update Printer Firmware
- Outdated firmware may cause tray sensor issues. Update your printer’s firmware via:
