There are a couple of more common places where printing email attachments might fail -
If not done, Check / Consider...
- Using Outlook - It should not be possible to still be using the old Windows Mail, but do make sure your Outlook app has been migrated to "new Outlook" and is not throwing an "account error".
- Browser printing -- This might happen if the browser Print Settings are either not set up completely or might not be compatible with whatever email attachment you are trying to print.
1) Check the Print Settings, beginning with your selected printer
2) Download the attachment and Save the file to your computer > Open the content using the appropriate app for document, PDF, or Photo / Image > Print using that application.
