Hi! I'm hoping someone can help, I have had my printer for a couple of years and never had any issues. However, for some reason recently it won't let me print for example an email - the same thing happens to my partner who is also able to use the printer. It allows me to get to the "print page" but the yellow printer icon never appears, it just says "printer not available" the only time the yellow printer icon appears is when it says "save to PDF". The printer is connected, there are no error messages at all and the HP app shows everything is connected and working fine. So i'm at a loss and no idea what is happening. I've done the whole uninstall, reinstall, turn off and on etc etc but nothing has resolved it. Any advice welcome! Thank you.
