I have an HP Office Jet Pro 6968. I used one black ink cartridge from a two pack and it worked fine. It ran out and I put in the second one and got this error, "The indicated cartridge is an older generation cartridge that does not work in your printer. It can still be used with some older print models." I tried the HP Doctor, updating firmware and unplugging and nothing works. Why would this happen when the identical 902XL cartridge worked in it before and how do I fix it? I don't want to buy a new cartridge and get the same error with no solution.
