Hello,
My printer has recently started printing 'dirty' vertical bands on each side of the pages. I removed all of the print cartridges and cleaned. I removed the imaging drum and cleaned. Still the same.
I then replaced the imaging drum and all of the cartridges, still the same thing.
I have attached below scans of my cleaning pages and troubleshooting pages.
I'm not sure what else I could do or clean?
Please help as we use this for business and can't print quality paperwork as it is.
