Important
The printer purchase comes with "call for help" setup assistance -- contact HP Support for setup help.
The time period during which this support is available is limited - perhaps 2 weeks to a month after purchase.
When you submit your request to HP Support, provide a bit of context - For example, Printer Model, Connection type, Operating System / version.
If you wish to skip directly to contacting support, Scroll down to HP Support – Hardware / Technical Support

Connect Print to Network
Unfortunately, if the printer cannot connect -- or stay connected -- to the network, switching the printer OFF / ON does not help.
Reminder to those reading
The printer series supports an updated (new) EWS format.
Take some time to learn where settings are located and how they are adjusted.

and
Configure Printer
Default PIN location - Page 27 >> For your security, some settings in the EWS are password-protected.
If prompted for a password, enter the default printer PIN available on the label inside the printer access door.
If you have changed the password, enter your new password.
Notes
- It is not mandatory that you use a manual / static IP address. Doing so can improve stability.
- When available, Ethernet is generally a more robust, stable environment.
Example – Alternate EWS format (Select new printers and some Laser Printers)
Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar
Section Network> Primary Ethernet> Check / Adjust Status and other tabs...
OR
Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar
Section Network> Wi-Fi > Section IP Config> IPv4
Example - EWS - Wi-Fi - IP Config IPv4
EWS_9135_Network_Wi-Fi_IP_Config_IPv4_1
Offline Condition
Although the printer appears to be switched on, it does not communicate with other devices on your network.

Printer - Tray and Paper
Although generally not dependent on connecting the printer to the network, "out of paper" is related to whether the printer recognizes the paper size and type. The initial settings for this can be found on the printer's own control panel right after changing paper or after opening and closing the drawer.
Alternatively, use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) to check / adjust Tray and Paper settings.

Default PIN location - Page 27 >> For your security, some settings in the EWS are password-protected.

Not every issue is covered under the standard Hardware Warranty. Purchased Care Pack Warranties differ by contract.
HP is not a "general" repair facility: Requests for out-of-warranty repairs are usually not accepted.
If the problem is hardware, if your device is in Warranty, if your device is Registered, and you cannot submit your case to Support, let us know and we will forward a request.
