8030 rarely prints from computer, but does from mobile

Windows 11 computer only periodically communicates with 8030 OfficeJet Pro.  It will fix itself and print for a while, then stop printing and communicating.  Printing from my phone and MAC is fine.  I'm a member of the print program. I've booted the router, computer, and printer.    HP Smart app has a negative sign and says the printer is offline, but yet it prints from other devices.  HELP!  Thanks!
