I understand the printer was stuck in initialization when the ethernet cable is connected.
I will be happy to help you.
Make sure the printer is connected to the wall outlet.
Make sure the other computers on the network don't have any jobs still in the queue.
Try another ethernet cable to see if that is causing the issue.
Connect the printer to the computer and try a adhoc connection just to make sure it isn't a network issue.
Are you using Genuine HP Toners?
Are you able to print by the USB connection?
