- Step 3: In the print dialog, look for a setting called Copies. Ensure it is set to 1.
- Step 4: Click on Printer Properties or Preferences.
- Step 5: Ensure that the default setting for the number of copies is also set to 1.
- Step 6: Click OK and then try printing the document again.
2. Check Printer Settings in Control Panel (Windows)
- Step 1: Open Control Panel on your PC.
- Step 2: Go to Devices and Printers.
- Step 3: Right-click your HP ENVY 6455e and select Printer Properties.
- Step 4: Under the Advanced tab, click Printing Defaults.
