If your HP LaserJet 3050 is frozen on startup and the standard power cycling methods aren’t working, performing a factory reset might be necessary. Steps to Perform a Factory Reset
Turn Off the Printer:
- Press the power button to turn off the printer.

- Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.
Wait:
- Leave the printer unplugged for at least 1-2 minutes to ensure that all residual power is discharged.
