Have the same problem, only now the printer is "offline" and cannot "delete printer" or change the settings in the "print Controller"
Have followed the instructions in the "HP Print and scan doctor"
This all seems to have happened when an updated "driver" was installed?
Has anyone else have this problem or has anyone have the solution ?? Here's hoping!
p.s. inks are coloured HP genuine Blak refill. Both purchased as a result of original error message, is there a connection?
