HP 4500 wireless won't do screen prints

My 4500 wireless will no longer print anything but AOL emails.  I have unplugged and replugged.  I have downloaded the Dr program and run it.  It says all is well and it printed the test page.  But it will not do a screen print.  I have a return label I need to print and it won't do it.
