Correct. I contacted HP Support or whatever. They sent me a generic email that must have been for Windows 7 because I didn't have half of the keys that they wanted me to push. I have Windows 8 and told them that in the email.
I uninstalled everything HP and re installed it in the order the email told me to. It appeared to work. The disc that came with the printer says it (the disc) is not functioning.
Tonight, I got on line and ordered some parts. It printed the invoice. I went off line and typed a letter to my Mom. She still likes snail mail. It refused to print it. So I logged on line again. It says the printer is now off line. So I couldn't get it to print at all now. I logged on line with my phone again, and printer is still off line. When I bring the printer on line it kicks my phone (internet connection) off line.
I've about had it. What is the combination?
