Probably you are using webmail. Which browser are you using, you can increase font size before print. The following steps are for Firefox:
(a) Click Firefox menu then move to Print,
(b) Click Print Preview
(c) At the top row, you may see "Shrink to fit", now adjust % to get the one you want.
Similar for Internet Explorer and other browsers.
