HP Officejet 8500 A909 Prints the Screen Not the Email

My printer HP Officejet 8500 A909 now prints the full screen, page 1. I tried to print an email with more than one page.. The printer printed the first page full screen which included th border ads, etc. How do I get it to only print the email and all its pages?
