Hi Arkturius,

 

I understand the light is flashing on the printer and you can't print.

I would do a power reset to see if that will resolve the issue. With the printer still turned on, disconnect the power cable from the back of the printer. Then disconnect the power cable from the wall outlet. Wait 10 seconds and reconnect the power cable back to the wall outlet first, then the back of the printer and power it on again.

Make sure the printer is connected directly to wall outlet. (don't use a power hub or a surge protector)

 

Try and print a hardware self test on the printer.

Printing a Configuration Report. Select Method one: Print a configuration report from the printer control panel.

 

Then double click on the printer's icon, click on on the Printer button at the top, click on resume. View, pause, or cancel printing.

 

Restart the computer and try printing again.

 

I would download and run the Print and Scan Doctor if you are still having issues printing from the computer.
