Welcome to the HP Forums! I understand your concerns with your Photosmart 6525. Are you printing this ticket from a website? If so, have you tried using a different Web browser?
What is your operating system on your computer? Windows or Mac?
Are you printing this ticket on regular paper? (Letter size paper: 8.5 by 11 inches).
I would recommend restarting the Print Spooler, to verify if this makes a difference. Please follow this YouTube video here to perform this step.
