I noticed your post about your Officejet 6500 Wireless not printing any black ink, however the color is printing for you. I can see that you have tried cleaning the printheads, aligning the printer and replacing the cartridges, no to avail. I also understand that this issue will arise every 7 months for you, which I know can be discouraging.
At this point, I would like to make sure there hasn't been any missed steps to try to rid this issue for you. I have researched this exact concern and have found a help guide with steps to prevent and resolve the problem at hand here.
I apologize in advance if you have already seen this data, however, as I mentioned, I want to be sure each step has been covered.

Furthermore, if the troubleshooting does not help resolve your issue, I would then suggest calling HP's Technical Support to see about further options for you. If the printer is still under warranty, you may qualify for a replacement part or unit and if the printer is no longer under warranty, you may qualify for a trade in.
