Looking for some assistance with my printer. All of a sudden it's in a power off/power on loop that will not stop. It powers off, comes on for a couple of minutes, and then goes through the cycle again. I see "Service Error 79" on the screen as it begins to shut down.
I've done some research on this and gone through the troubleshooting steps that I have found, but thus far with no luck. (Disconnect from the internet, power cycle, IpV6 off, power cycle, reconnect to the internet)
This printer is barely out of warranty (Dec 2020) which makes this even more frustrating. We do quite a bit of printing and now I can't even keep the printer on because of all the noise it's making with the power cycles.
Any feedback or help on this would be greatly appreciated.
