deskjet 1100 cleaning kit--use on other inkjet?

I have a couple of old HP DeskJet 1100/1120C Cleaning Kits still on hand.  We haven't had the printer in years.  Are the cleaning kits of any value?  Can they be used on other printers or for other purposes?
