Good morning, I went thru all of the steps that you sent me on trying to resolve my issue. I am at step four of the process where I need a HP offical to tell me how to preform the NVM reset.
I did steps one thru three, four times at least, with no results. My printer command center still has that pulsing blue line with the HP symbol above it.
Any further assistance would be great.
