Thank you for advising that you have tried the cleaning steps from the document above, but I was wondering, were you able to complete the other steps in the document (such as looking for jammed paper, making sure the carriage moves, or the power reset)?
Another step to try that is not mentioned in that document is plugging the unit directly to a wall outlet to ensure it is getting the right amount of power to function properly.
