After purchasing and installing a GENIUNE HP replacement ink cartridge in my HP c309a printer, I am receiving the following error message:
" the following ink cartridge(s) appear to be missing or damaged"
I have followed the instructions in this document link below and have tried multiple times to reset, remove and re-insert the cartridges. Every time I reinsert, a combo of 1 to all of the ink cartridges are listed as being missing or damaged. I finally got it back to just the one that I originally purchased (black) to show in the error and purchased a new ink cartridge since this is what the link says to do. 44 bucks later, still no luck. :(

I have read that replacing the print head MAY solve the problem, but I don't want to spend money on one if it won't guarantee to fix the problem. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

If the solution is to just buy a new one are there any all in one printers with ipad/iphone printing compatability that I can reuse my 564 print cartridges?
