HP Office Jet 8720 Flashing lights printer error b8455fdc

I came home to find my 8725 with flashing lights the instructions to turn the printer off, then on. It reboots then flashes a blue screen with the code b8455fdc then goes to printer error screen every time. The printer cartridge carriage moves freely and there is no printer jam. It was not printing when the error appeared.
