Which application are you trying to print from?
Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
Let us clear the print queue
On the PC, go to Control panel >Devices and printers > Click on your printer > Right click to open See what's printing > Clear/delete the print queue.
Try printing. If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.
