I am having issues where the plotter will start a print job and then just stops about 1/4 to 1/2 through the page.
It does not give an error code. The screen shows "Printing". The vacum stays on. we have left it to see if it would resolve itself . But it does not. (it was hung up on a print for 3 hours before we turned it off)
The problem resolves if we disconnect power and restart. But it inevidibly does it again.
It is connected to a network so there are alot of users. It happens to all of us regardless of operating system.
We have XP, 7, and 8.1 on the desk tops. The server is Windows Small Business Server 2008.
I've had a repair tech out here numrous times to the tune of 1k and they haven't solved diddley.
