We think the rollers in our printer are getting old, they aren't grabbing pages properly and they don't roll as smoothly as they did when it was brand new.. there are a lot more paper jams then there used to be. We don't know if there are parts we can buy so we can replace the rollers in our HP Color LaserJet system but we want to find out because it would be cheaper than replacing the whole system.. If you can replace the rollers, do they send us a representative? Do they just send us the parts? Either way, could we get an approximate cost for doing this?
Also it has recently been saying that it is mis feeding pages once they are printed, and then reprining them again we keep having to cancel jobs. This is a recent problem and we don't know how to fix it either.
Another issue we have is with printing logos on envelopes, we bought the kind that are "ideal for printing" but when it goes through the printer, it heats up the glue and seals the envelope shut, is there anything we can do to fix this issue?
