I was given this printer from work. I installed the drivers from the site, (Win 8 Pro, 64 bit) with the ePrint software. The smart update failed to update the printer. Printing and scanning functions worked, until I was asked to update for the ePrint. (LJM1130_M1210_FW_Update.exe) and once it was applied, it is in a contunual initilization loop. It does not matter if anything is connected, it just loops. 2 times, I got comm error, but that was rare.
Looking around, I have reset the settings, (cancel/copy on power on) to no avail.
If it is bricked, it was free, and I can recycle it. Is there a way to fix it?
I can not get any comunication, USB, for the HP print and scan Doc.
