My printer will not print any color. I have made sure all ink cartridge's are new and full. I have turned the printer off and on. I have reinstalled the cartridges. I have cleaned the print heads. And I have deleted and reinstalled the driver. The device has worked correctly previously. It appears that the update the printer performed, via internet, a day or two back has caused this error. Please advise as to how I and A) correct some sort of setting so that my printer will print in color or B) return to previously OS prior to update.
