my hp printer deskjet plus 4155 wifi light is blinking what is the problem
wifi light is blinking
Constantly get critical error. 6155e Will not print
I’ve tried many fixes suggested by HP. Nothing works. Unplug and restart works for a few days or a few hours. Tried factory reset. Tried setting up again. Firmware up to date. Tried having tech take control of computer and change settings.
This is entirely unacceptable. HP does not know how to fix. Tried printing from Mac, iPhone, iPad. They will all work for a bit but then nothing. Printer goes to sleep or gives the error code. F0.01.04.07 over and over and over.
how to override "load paper" for every print job
Every time I send a print job to the printer, for every page, I have to physically go to the printer and select OK on the Load paper prompt. This is unacceptable. How do you override this?
HP 8110 prints only a horizontal strip of material
If I request an image print, or multipage printing, often the printer (HP 8110) simply prints a horizontal strip across the page, sometimes 1", sometimes "taller", but not the whole image or page. Often it then repeats printing portions of the image, as though it can't hold enough in its memory to get through the whole thing. Very frustrating!
HP Smart Tank 7005 going crazy (Christmas lights all around)
Hello!
Don't know what to do: for two days, my HP Smart Tank 7005 is going crazy: sometimes the power button shines peacefully, sometimes the whole buttonery goes Christmas - all the buttons, but the Wi-Fi button. When I press the power button, nothing happens; the same with the Wi-Fi button: the printer won't go off, the connection won't work and there's nothing I can think of to fix it.
Already tried to disconnect the printer, the PC, the smartphone, the vacuum cleaner, without the slightest result.
Any suggestions?
Re: HP Envy x360 Laptop to HP Office Jet 3830 Printer Issues
Yes; moving my router closer to my laptop and printer helped a bit because I needed to keep it positioned fairly centralized between my wife's office and my own. Adding a WiFi extender to the equation helped considerably. Thank you, Garp_senchau.!
HP 8020 refuses to print no matter what I do. It starts on its own about 2 hours after I stop usin
My 8020 will not print. I have tried various methods given on line but nothing works. I don't know what else to do and I'm about to purchase another maker if I can't get this fixed.
HP Smart Tank 7600 lights up and makes sound but will not print.
HP Smart Tank 7600 powers up, lights come on and makes sounds but will not print. I removed printer and resinstalled. Still nothing. Any suggestions?
Re: Constantly get critical error. 6155e Will not print
That appears to be a firmware error. Looking at 6155e it seems new firmware was released March 13, 2025
Connect the printer with a USB cable and see if you can reinstall the firmware. Possible something when wrong. Did you upgrade the firmware manually, or did windows automatically update it? Did you get a firmware warning it was being upgraded? Sorry, I have no experience with MacOS
If that does not work then try reset
if none of the above work and it was working before the firmware was upgraded then contact HP agent and ask if the firmware was the problem.
How to contact an HP agent:
Sign in to your support page
Select the product you need help with and scroll down to support options.
Select "Contact us". You can change country and language if necessary.
let me know what you find out.
Re: how to override "load paper" for every print job
The paper type and size settings on a computer must match the paper type and size settings on the printer. Then the printer will print automatically, if they don't match user intervention is needed for every print.
Re: Orange exclamation mark blinking
Some models require wireless connection to internet to be able to work.
CARTRIDGE ISSUE ALL THE TIME
HELLO,
I HAVE A PRINTER HP OFFICE JET PRO 8025 WHICH I USED LESS THAN 6 MONTHS. THE FIRST TIME, I WAS ABLE TO PRINT OUT LESS THAN 100 PAGES WITH THE BRAND NEW CARTRIDGES. RIGHT AFTER THE SECOND TIME THAT I REPLACED THE CARTRDGES, I WAS ABLE PRINT OUT AROUND 30 OR 50. AND I KEEP GETTING THE SAME ERROR.
IT SAYS CARTRIDGE PROBLEM. ONE OR MORE CARTRIDGES ARE MISSING OR DAMAGED. UNTIL REPLACED OR....
IT LOOKS LIKE THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM ON THESE MODELS.
THEREFORE, I WOULD LIKE TO GET HELP REGARDING ONGOING ISSUES EVEN THOUGH I REPLACED THE CARTRIDGES VERY RECENTLY (ALSO THE CARTRIGES ARE STILL FULL).
PLEASE HELP ME WITH A TROUBLESHOOT OR DEVICE REPLACEMENT. I DON'T NEED A FANCY ONE BUT I WOULD LIKE A GOOD SOLID WORKING MODEL.
EBSOOPO013
Been dealing with this error code since hooking up the printer a few months ago. In the go app it says to “finish Setup” on the printer icon then I get the error code below. I have done update on firmware. WiFi if good. I have done restarts, reboots, delete and re adding the printer with no luck.
control panel
I have recently purchased the HP 7305 Smart Tank.
How do I navigate across the control panel on the printer.
Not connected to wifi

Hi @Dawn1114,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are getting an E0 error on your HP DeskJet 2855e All-in-One printer typically indicates an issue with the ink cartridges, such as a faulty, misplaced, or incompatible cartridge, or a communication problem. Here's how to troubleshoot.
Step 1: Try Hard reset, App re-installation & Firmware update:
Please remove the Cartridges from the Printer if possible, and try a Hard Reset, do keep us posted to help you better
** Hard reset :
1. Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
4. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
5. Wait at least 60 seconds.
6. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
7. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
8. Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on. The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
9. Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Please uninstall the HP Smart app --> restart the Device, Wi-Fi router and printer --> install it back and check
Please update the Firmware the link will help on how to update the firmware on the printer or devices

Step 2: Cartridge contact cleaning.
Gather the following materials:
> A clean, lint-free cloth or a clean, dry cotton swab Distilled or bottled water
> Gently press down on the Ink Door button to release the Ink Door, and then lift the Ink Door into the open position.
> Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
> Lift the printhead latch to release it, and then move the ink cartridge back and up to remove it.
> Hold the ink cartridge by its sides.
> Lightly dampen a clean, lint-free cloth or swab with bottled or distilled water.
> Clean the face and edges around the ink nozzle with a cloth or swab.
> Wait for the cleaned area to dry before you continue (approximately 10 minutes).
> With the nozzles toward the printer, insert the ink cartridge into its slot, and then squeeze to lock the printhead latch into place.
> Repeat these steps to clean around the nozzles on the other ink cartridge.
> Lower the Ink Door, and then press gently to close it
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
