Re: 2-sided Printing
I guess not all forums are equal…
document stuck in printer queue;
HP Office Jet 3830; document stuck in printer queue; I've viewed multiple videos and none of the suggestions have worked, but I have tried all of them. Thus far, I've:
1. turned Router on & off;
2. deleted in spooler;
3. turned printer on and off (multiple times) turned laptop on and off multiple times;
4. tried to delete in printer queue (many, many times) and just get error message.
5. tried to "resume" stuck document, hoping it would help clear it; it didn't
I really need to be able to print several documents and not the one that is stuck. That was last week's job and no longer relevant.
No ink when printing from iMac
Hi - I have a new 6020 printer, which is set up, and connected to the wireless network. If I AirPrint something from my phone, it prints with no problems, but if I try to print something from my iMac, although the paper comes out and it sounds like it's printing, the page is completely blank when the 'print' process has finished. I'm probably being extremely thick & have missed something obvious, but does anyone have any tips, please?
Re: No ink when printing from iMac
Hello Claffyindia!
Please try these troubleshooting steps:
Reset the Printing System:
- Navigate to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
- Right-click (or Control-click) in the printers list and select Reset printing system.
- This action will remove all printers and pending print jobs.
- After resetting, add your Canon printer again.
- Ensure you have the correct drivers installed.
Let me know if that didn't help!
Re: hp laserjet - Laserjet M1005
Hi @autsvce
This is an error related to the scanner sensor that needs cleaning or replace sensor, you may need to take your printer to a Local Technician for repair.
Please check steps from the next video, but it is better to take to a Local Repair Shop:

Re: No ink when printing from iMac
Oh, thank you very much, I will try that
HP 9022 wont print unless I remove previous print
If I print a job I have to remove this from the outfeed tray befor I can print another job. Can i stop this happening as its very frustrating if i need to print lots of single pages
Fed up!
I am absolutely fed up with HP printers. It's unacceptable that I have to navigate through three different printer apps to complete a basic print job. Most of the time, I encounter error messages stating that the printer is blocked. Every time this happens, the printer ejects a blank sheet of paper, and I’m being charged for that waste. It’s frustrating and ridiculous that the printer shows it’s printing something when it’s not, which happens far too often. This situation needs to be addressed.

Re: I have a Bonjour Malfunction and cannot print
Hi @Lynguist,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
An "HP Bonjour Malfunction" means that your HP printer is unable to properly communicate with your network due to a problem with Apple's Bonjour service, which is used for automatic device discovery, and as a result you cannot print anything to fix this.
You can try resetting your printer's network settings, reconnecting the printer to your network, updating printer drivers, and restarting both your printer and computer.
To better assist you, could you please share your printer's serial number or product number with us via private message?
Need help finding your product number? No worries! Check out this handy guide:

Re: My HP LaserJet pro mfp m428fdw jams paper at back panel
Yes, it's always in the same location in the back of the printer. It doesn't make it through the last set of rollers going into the area where the paper rests once finished. The bottom half of the paper is wrinkled and I half to pull it from the rollers below the back panel.

Re: connecting wifi
Hi @alfa74,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
I understand you are facing connectivity issue with your printer.
Let us try to restore the printer to the default network settings, and then use HP Smart to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.
Step 1:
Restore network default settings on the printer, to do that - Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons until the Power button flashes, and then wait for the Wireless light to flash.
Step 2:
Uninstall and re-install the HP Smart app on your computer/mobile device.
Place the printer and the computer or mobile device near the Wi-Fi router.
Turn on Wi-Fi on your computer or mobile device and connect to your network. If the computer is connected to the network with an Ethernet cable, temporarily disconnect the cable and use the Wi-Fi connection during the setup.
Enable Bluetooth on the computer or mobile device so that HP Smart can detect the printer during the setup.
After installing HP Smart for iOS and Android, enable the mobile device location service and allow the app to use your location to detect the printer and offer solutions during setup.
Download the HP Smart app from 123.hp.com (Android, Apple iOS, iPadOS).
In HP Smart, click Add Printer or the plus sign to search for the printer, and then follow the instructions to complete the setup.

If the above solution did not work then follow the steps below:
Use the Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) button on your router to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.
Place the printer near the Wi-Fi router.
Put the printer in WPS connection mode.
To do that > Press and hold the Wireless button for five seconds or until the wireless light starts to flash.
Within two minutes, press and hold the WPS button on the router until the connection process begins.
Wait for the Wireless light or bar on the printer to stop flashing. The printer is now connected to the network.
