Printer failure after replacing black cartridge with one I purchased directly from HP. I have followed the printer instruction to turn off and unplug, but it did not resolve the issue. I also tried to clean the print head, but the printer failure did not let this happen. Could the problem be a bad printer cartridge? Any other ideas to fix the failure?
