Seems like a lot of us had the same ER11 problem at the same time frame. Could it be linked to a firmware upgrade and caused a problem? My firmware date code is 20250209.Scott

Default password is on a label inside the cartridge door or on the back and will be an 8 digit sequence of numbers.
