I hate to hear you are having issues. Since there are copies installed, Click Here to download and run the print and scan doctor. This tool can fix simple software issues (click + sign beside utility diagnostic tools, then click download next to print and scan doctor). We may need to complete other steps; however the tool may be able to quickly resolve the issue. The additional copies can be removed.
