Thanks so much, Spencer. Yes, the printer was functioning normally except for the problem with envelopes. Following your advice, I uninstalled the printer software and reinstalled. I could not connect to the printer thru USB for some reason, the computer just didn't seem to see the printer thru the USB connection, so I set it up with the wireless connection this time. Bottom line: Envelopes now print fine again! Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it.
