Assuming you have completed the steps suggested to you when you first asked this question in December 2018, the following might be relevant.
If the document printed is a Word document, check and remove the setting that prints the report:
Word> File> Options> Display> Under Printing Options> UNCHECK Print document properties
Click OK to save and exit
and / or
The type of report might help you track down the reason the report is printing.
For example, if the report is actually an alignment sheet, the sheet will continue to be printed until you place the printed sheet on the printer glass and scan it to complete the cartridge alignment process.
Other causes include and are not limited to:
- Setting and leaving active the "Cover sheet setting" (printer model / printer software dependent).
- Third party software setting that provides a similar service, that is, a printed report about the document.
