Hello Jeet, thanks for the response, no changes have been made to the printer, it was enrolled out of the box with the sample ink cartridges. Printer is powered on and connected via home WiFi on 2.4ghz . All network devices have gone through the stages of a complete powerdown and all IP addresses cleared.
Modem router repowered and printer connected to the Wi-fi.
Printer was then reset again and connected to web services .
