My OfficeJet J6480 All-in-One printed just fine with my 64-bit Windows 7 computer. I upgraded to Windows 8 and my computer no longer recognized my printer. Tried to re-install the printer but got a strange error message something like "%1 is not a valid 32-bit" something and the installation terminated. Tried to contact support. Entered my serial number and product number correctly several times but these were not recognized by support. So I was unable to chat, unable to email, unable to to anything because these numbers are required. I'm stuck. I have a mind to get rid of this printer and buy a new one, not an HP because the support system is NOT user friendly.
