I am now on my third printer sent by hp support for the same issue. Once again, this nemesis of a problem has resurfaced after about 5-6 months. And now the message appears more than my using this printer. They actually sent me their premium model. There just has to be a real reason that somebody knows at hp or is the product that problematic. I love the printer, but hp, you just have to have a real answer for all of us. I even bought a hp desktop with bells and whistles thinking the two would say hello to each other. Really disappointed, but waiting for someone with a logical answer.
