I have a problem with HP ENVY 4527 after changing the color cartridge. I assumed that because it just happened a few days after the change and this never happened before.
The problem is
1. When I unplug the printer and connect again when I need to use, error 'printer not connected' comes or sometimes it shows 'cannot located printer'.
2. I tried to follow the step: unplug while turn on, restart the computer. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
3. If no.2 cannot help, I will go to reset the printer. And yes sometimes this method does not work.
4. If no. 3 doesn't work, I will reinstall the software all over again. It does help but this is so suffering to do this every morning.
5. When the printer print, it is slower than the past 2 months since I've bought. The average time is 2 minutes per page. And I don't have any idea why.
Even I can find the way to solve, I have to restart the fixing process again if I don't use this printer for a while (let say 2-3 hours with the switch on).
Spending at least 1 hour per day to solve this problem during final exam week make me feel so bad. It would be great if anyone can help and solve it permanently.
