I have an HP 9600 Premium, and am running Windows 7.
Suddenly, a few weeks ago, my printers disappeared from my profile on my laptop, and I could not add them back. I made sure that, on the desktop, the printer was still Shared.
I have downloaded and run all the HP updates diagnostic tools. (I can't submit a trouble request for assistance b/c HP doesn't allow me to enter my model number; it's as if it doesn't exist).
The odd thing, is that when I switch from my ID to Administrator, the Printers are there and I have no diffculty printing, but when I return to my individaul login, I cannot add the printers. And there isn't a Restore Point before the problem occured. Help?!?
